Return & Refund Policy

At 9Square Clothing, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at 9squareclothing@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description

We’ll evaluate the issue and, if approved, provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.

Note: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind or incorrect size selection

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Perishable goods, beauty products, or hazardous materials


European Union Customers

While EU law offers a 14-day cooling-off period, please note this does not apply to items that are:

  • Custom or made-to-order

  • Used, worn, or not in original packaging
    However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will honor a return or refund per our damaged item policy.


Refunds

If your return (due to damage or error) is approved:

  • You’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

  • Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
